Our Guatemalan varietals (Bourbon, Caturra) are grown in volcanic soil in the rainforests of the Huehuetenango region at an elevation of 5,413 feet. The cherries are hand picked to ensure ripeness, washed and dried on raised beds. Cupping notes earthy, smoky. Cupping score 85.5
